By accessing or using the SoundTalk Atelier website, or by purchasing any course, membership, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Purchases and Access
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- On-demand courses grant a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or internal team use.
- Live sessions, cohorts, and workshops are subject to availability and scheduling policies stated at checkout.
- Refunds for on-demand content are available within 7 days of purchase provided less than 15% of the course has been completed.
Acceptable Use
- You may not record, distribute, or share course materials without explicit written permission.
- You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or use automated tools to extract content.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harass other users.
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, worksheets, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of SoundTalk Atelier or its licensors. Your purchase grants limited usage rights only for the scope defined at the time of purchase.
Disclaimers
SoundTalk Atelier provides educational training and coaching. We do not guarantee specific results, career advancement, or financial outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, preparation, and external circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundTalk Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific purchase.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in New York County, New York.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
